What it does

  • Dark, Darker, Soft Dark, Transparent and RGB (RGB is a fixed violet glow in this version, not cycling).
  • Mod screens are themed by rule, not from a list, so a mod released tomorrow is themed too.
  • Hearts, hunger, armor, potion icons, maps and boss bars keep their colors.
  • Labels are lifted on dark panels so text stays readable.
  • Nothing is redistributed: the theme is computed on your machine from the textures you already have.

Requires: Fabric Loader + Fabric API on Minecraft 26.3, or NeoForge on 26.2.

How to install

  1. Install the free CurseForge app, create a profile for your Minecraft version with Fabric or NeoForge, and search for the mod under Add Content.
  2. Or by hand: on the CurseForge page, open Files and pick the file for your version and loader. On Fabric, also get Fabric API.
  3. Put the .jar in your mods folder (nothing goes on the server) and start the game with that loader.

Choose a preset from Mod Menu, the mods list, or /uithemes. It applies after a quick texture reload.

Questions

Does it work on servers?

Yes. It is client-side only: you install it, the server does not, and it works on servers you do not run.

Is there a Fabric 26.2 file?

Not yet. It goes up only after it has been opened in a 26.2 world.

Do I need to restart to switch presets?

No. A preset applies after a quick texture reload, a few seconds, the same reload the game does for resource packs.

Can I put it in a modpack?

Yes, public or private, without asking. It is MIT licensed.
