Who we are

Vitral is an indie studio run by one person in Brazil. We are the controller of the data below. To ask anything, reply to any e-mail we sent you.

What this site keeps

• Most pages: nothing. No cookies, no trackers, no ads. If visit counting is on, Cloudflare, our host, counts visits without cookies.
• The waitlist on /mundo/: your e-mail, the date you joined, the language you want e-mails in, the page and campaign link you came from (like ?ref=short-07), the version of the text you agreed to, your "16 or older" answer and whether you want a tester invite. If you choose to tell us, also which edition of Minecraft you play and where you found us.
• Never your IP address. To stop spam, we keep a scrambled, daily-changing code made from it for one hour, then delete it.

Why, and what we send

Only to e-mail you about O Vitral Partido: a short welcome, the launch day and at most one update a month, and, if you asked, a Discord invite to test builds. The legal basis is your consent (LGPD art. 7, I; GDPR art. 6(1)(a)). You can take it back at any time; that does not change what was sent before.

Who else sees it

Nobody buys or gets your e-mail. It is stored with Supabase (database) and passes through Cloudflare (this site). When we send an e-mail, the list goes to the e-mail service we use for that send. These companies work for us and may keep data outside your country, under their own data-protection terms.

How long

Until you unsubscribe, or 12 months after the world comes out, whichever comes first. Then the list is deleted.

Your rights

See, correct or delete your data, or take back your consent: use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of every e-mail (it deletes your row at once), or reply to any e-mail we sent you. You can also complain to your data-protection authority (in Brazil, the ANPD).

Why 16 or older

Many Minecraft players are young. In the EU, a child under 16 cannot agree to this kind of list alone (GDPR art. 8; some countries use 13 to 15, we use the highest). In Brazil, data of children and teens needs extra care (LGPD art. 14). So we only take e-mails from people who say they are 16 or older. If we learn that someone younger joined, we delete the e-mail. Everyone can still follow the build on our channels without giving us anything.
